**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - High Level** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to manage 2-4 properties, with a primary focus on the main building. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience with boilers and chillers. **Responsibilities** + Change locks and make keys in the key shop for tenants. + Replace light bulbs and fixtures. + Address minor plumbing issues such as clogs, leaks, sinks, and toilets. + Assist in managing landscape contractors at designated properties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with boilers and chillers. + Strong knowledge of plumbing. + Ability to perform drywall repairs. + Excellent customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in facility maintenance. + Experience with light fixtures, changing light bulbs, sink aerators, and toilet handles. + Strong customer interaction skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a reputable property management company with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
