Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will begin each day with a shift meeting to discuss the day's objectives. You will be tasked with completing a list of preventive maintenance tasks and will be responsible for promptly responding to calls from the production team. Each day, you will complete 3-4 preventive maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Attend daily shift meetings to discuss plans and tasks.Complete 3-4 preventive maintenance tasks each day.Respond promptly to production team calls.Perform maintenance on conveyors, bearings, shafts, and sprockets.Troubleshoot electrical issues using a multimeter and work with 480v motors.Understand and work with PLCs and VFDs.Conduct welding and maintain hydraulic systems.Adhere to food and beverage industry standards and GMP guidelines.Essential Skills
Strong mechanical skills.Basic electrical knowledge including using a multimeter and wiring 480v motors.Experience with conveyor maintenance.Understanding of PLCs, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Food Manufacturing experience is a plus.Bilingual abilities are advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is industrial, offering shifts from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with rotating weekend shifts three times a month. The company plans to transition to 12-hour shifts, with a 4-day on, 3-day off schedule in the future.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
