Maintenance Engineer
**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our production machines and equipment. This role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, managing spare parts, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities + Carry out maintenance and repair of production machines, equipment, and facility. + React quickly and professionally to minimize equipment downtime. + Organize and perform routine preventative maintenance. + Manage the stock of spare parts registered in the ERP system for furnaces and other machines. + Own the spare parts program for all equipment, including risk assessment of top failure modes, ordering, and replenishing parts. + Act as a facilitator between external contractors and internal operations for repair and installation work. + Lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the facility. + Assist in maintaining plant safety and 5S standards, focusing on machines, equipment, and facilities. + Ensure maintenance and repair works comply with the Environmental Management System requirements, especially in handling chemicals and waste. + Participate in machine, equipment, and facility improvement activities. + Maintain effective communication with other supervisors and team leaders. + Report problems and/or non-conformances to the Engineering Manager and propose improvements. + Practice basic housekeeping daily. + Work with machine operators in training and coaching best practices. Essential Skills + Troubleshooting + Maintenance technician expertise + Knowledge of pneumatics and PLC maintenance + Electrical and mechanical skills + Preventive maintenance + Blueprint and schematic reading + PLC troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role + Exposure to an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment + Proficient in industrial, mechanical, and pneumatic machinery + Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety practices Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled facility on the 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
