Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to troubleshoot and maintain control systems on the production floor. This role involves working with PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and various voltage systems ranging from 24V to 480V. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operation by diagnosing mechanical issues in pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot control systems on the production floor.Plug in a laptop and read ladder logic or STL.Work with PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and voltage systems ranging from 24V to 480V.Assist in mechanical diagnostics of pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.Essential Skills
Experience in troubleshooting VFDs, control systems, servo drives, and pneumatics.Proficiency in handling motors, gearboxes, and bearings.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting specific control brands like Rexroth, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Power Flex, Lens.Direct experience with printing presses, flexo presses, and litho presses is a plus.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vandalia, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
