Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in chillers, controls, HVAC systems, and boilers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintaining and troubleshooting various systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on chillers, HVAC systems, boilers, and control systems.Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues.Utilize troubleshooting techniques to address system malfunctions and ensure operational continuity.Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Execute work orders and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in HVAC systems, electrical work, and plumbing.Strong troubleshooting abilities for control systems.Experience in preventative maintenance and repair of various mechanical systems.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
