Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing machines and equipment to meet quality and performance standards while minimizing downtimeProjects will include building tables, facilities maintenance, and working on a variety of equipmentResponsibilitiesRepair machines and equipment to meet all quality and performance standardsPerform routine housekeeping on machines and tools dailyOrder, organize, and maintain all items needed to meet production requirementsFollow all plant conduct, work, and safety rules, and report unsafe acts and conditions immediatelyHandle and store dies safely and properlyWrite Safety Grams, Maintenance Work Orders, and Requests for Engineering when necessaryMaintain a clean, orderly, tidy, and safe work environment at all timesAssist during company inventories as neededAttend job-related educational opportunitiesParticipate in assigned projects and improvement teamsPerform all other duties as assigned and necessaryEssential Skills3 years of mechanical experience in mechanic, construction, maintenance, or similar fieldsPreventative Maintenance expertiseExperience with hand and power tools, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshootingBlueprint and schematic reading proficiency3 years of mechanical experience in mechanic, construction, maintenance, or similar fieldsMechanical knowledge on conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics110V/22V electrical knowledge and experienceMinor welding and fabrication experienceShiftsOpenings on all shiftsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
