Maintenance Electrician
Job Title: Maintenance ElectricianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to ensure that all electrical components are in safe working order and well-maintained. You will play a crucial role in planning the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, motors, apparatus, and control equipment according to National Electrical Code specifications.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all electrical components are safe and well maintained.Plan the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, motors, apparatus, and control equipment.Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, circuitry, control panels, fixtures, motors, and equipment.Perform systematic electrical and electronic troubleshooting.Responsible for major repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery in the assigned area.Assist in maintenance activities, including machine repair and installation of new equipment.Order parts and supplies and assist in assessing new machinery and equipment needs.Plan for new and modified installations consistent with electrical codes.Receive work order requests, safety requirements, PLC programming needs, and preventive maintenance instructions from the plant manager.Inform the plant manager about equipment problems, PLC program input/output, safety concerns, and procurement of spare parts and tools.Work with PLCs and can program the PLC under the direction of the plant manager.Carry out any other duties as assigned by the company.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting and multitasking.Understanding of electrical mathematics and unit conversion.Ability to report accidents, injuries, and equipment damage immediately.Skill in identifying and eliminating safety hazards.High attention to detail and willingness to learn.Team player who is reliable and trustworthy.Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with conduit, field service, maintenance technician, mechanical, hydraulics, wiring, repair, electronics, preventive maintenance, service, blueprint, industrial, schematic, installation, pulling wire, conduit bending, PLC troubleshooting, CA, HVAC, welding, maintenance repair, pneumatics, construction, electrical wiring, electrical maintenance, and industrial maintenance.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
