This role includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The position requires strong technical skills, physical stamina, and adherence to plant safety standards. Consistent attendance and the ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime are essential to success in this role. ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain electrical systems and controls. Troubleshoot electrical issues and support maintenance activities.Perform continuous standing and frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting. Support plant operations as needed, including occasional climbing and balancing. Qualifications and RequirementsAbility to install and maintain electrical systems and controls. Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Completion of accredited coursework such as Basic Electrical Safety, Basic Industrial Safety, AC Circuits and Machinery, DC Circuits and Machinery, Electrical Troubleshooting, and National Electrical Code; or equivalent experience. Must pass a pre-placement background check. Benefits and Perks$41–$43 per hourMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) programWeekly payHoliday payTraining and advancement opportunitiesYour New OrganizationOur client is a respected manufacturing facility focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
