Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Technician-Industrial to join their team. As an Electrical Technician-Industrial, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Electrical Technician-Industrial
Location:WI, Milwaukee
Pay Range:$43.01 per hour
What’s the Job?Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and controls
Interpret wiring diagrams, circuits, and schematics to install and service electrical components
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Install, replace, and test electrical circuits, motors, panels, and fixtures
Ensure safe operations following OSHA and internal safety procedures
What’s Needed?High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred
3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong understanding of electrical theory, codes, and high-voltage systems
Ability to read and analyze electrical drawings and schematics
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, control systems, and industrial equipment
