Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Technician-Industrial to join their team. As an Electrical Technician-Industrial, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Electrical Technician-Industrial
Location:WI, Milwaukee
Pay Range:$43.01 per hour
What’s the Job?Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and controls
Install, test, and service electrical circuits, motors, panels, and fixtures
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
Troubleshoot motor control centers, PLCs, and other industrial control systems
Follow all safety protocols and promote safe working habits on the third shift
What’s Needed?High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred
3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, including high-voltage systems
Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and industrial equipment operation
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and work orders
Experience using appropriate tools and testing instruments for electrical repairs
