**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets. This role ensures the continued operation of machinery and equipment in various capacities, including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic. You will complete planned and unplanned maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Complete planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment. + Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. + Work with electrical wiring, including 240 and 480 volt industrial systems. + Utilize PLC troubleshooting and diagnose issues with Allen Bradley PLC's. + Interpret blueprints, schematics, and troubleshoot fillers and conveyors. + Perform conduit bending and welding as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, conduit, and troubleshooting skills. + Experience with blueprint and schematic interpretation. + Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and repair techniques. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems. + Experience with 240 and 480 volt industrial electrical maintenance. + Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC's and ladder logic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with photo eyes and schematics. + Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC, and/or HVAC systems. + Ability to lubricate, clean, and handle material handling and motor control equipment. + Experience with relay control, process control, and packaging equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Rockford, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66580.00 - $70117.00/yr.
