Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: Monessen, Pennsylvania Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Pay Rate: $33.36/hour (annual increases) Shift: Three-turn schedule (Daylight, Afternoon, Overnight) with shift differentials **Job Overview** We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician with strong experience in industrial maintenance to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide range of electrical equipment in a foundry environment. The successful candidate will work with motor drives, generators, control panels, switchboards, and high-tension substation equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment + Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime + Maintain and repair motor drives, generators, control panels, and switchboards + Install and maintain power transmission lines and transformers + Work with high-tension substation equipment including disconnects, switch gear, and lightning arrestors + Analyze and modify circuits and wiring diagrams + Install and repair conduit; splice and insulate wires and cables + Make splices on hot lines and isolate circuits for repair work **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance + Proficiency with motor drives, generators, and control panels + Ability to install and repair power transmission lines and transformers + Experience with DC electrical systems, motor circuits, and motor controls + Knowledge of 3-phase motors and conduit bending + Ability to read and analyze wiring diagrams and schematics + Familiarity with electronic computing and control systems **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $63564.80 - $69388.80/yr.
