**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with expertise in high voltage systems, instrumentation, and programmable logic controllers. Your role will involve maintaining controls and instrumentation for high-speed manufacturing equipment and performing general electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant facility equipment. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and perform electrical/mechanical maintenance repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic repairs. + Repair production line equipment such as conveying systems, bagging systems, and palletizing systems. + Execute electrical/mechanical maintenance duties and assist in the installation of machinery and equipment. + Cut and weld metals, including light steel fabrication. + Perform inspections and adjustments on plant manufacturing equipment. + Assist in diagnosing malfunctions and unplanned breakdowns on machinery and equipment. + Read, analyze, and decipher process flows and equipment diagrams. + Work with 120-480V motors and read blueprints and schematics. **Essential Skills** + High level of electrical knowledge. + 5-8 years of industrial manufacturing electrical/maintenance experience preferred. + Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Experience in high voltage and high-speed manufacturing environments. + Ability to read diagrams, product descriptions, and maintain preventive maintenance records. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Industrial Maintenance Associate's Degree is a plus. + Capability to perform prolonged and repetitive motions such as standing, twisting, and bending. + Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. + Eagerness to learn on the job and the ability to teach others. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
