Job Description
Safely provide maintenance support to our fast-paced facility that is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state-of-the-art for the corrugated industry. Utilize both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication, and electrical/electronic skills in PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, and schematics in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics.
ResponsibilitiesProvide maintenance support to ensure machine uptime metrics are achieved.Utilize mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication.Utilize electrical/electronic skills in PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, and schematics.Engage in predictive and preventative maintenance processes throughout the facility.Find root cause of failures and troubleshoot effectively.Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to solve problems.Demonstrate excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work alone, with a partner, or as part of a team while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.Cross-train and learn new skills in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.Use computer systems for maintenance processes, stores, and work orders.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingPLC troubleshootingMechanical skillsHydraulicsPneumaticsBlueprint readingPreventive maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsAt least one year of mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility.Maintenance experience in corrugated industry is a plus.Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics technologies.Willingness to cross-train in other technical areas.Ability to work second and third shifts, call-ins, holidays, and overtime.Provide own tools initially.Why Work Here

Work Environment
The role is situated in an industrial setting. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including second and third shifts, call-ins, holidays, and overtime. Employees are expected to provide their own tools initially, which will be replaced if worn out on the job.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $41.00/hr.
