Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining machines that produce luxury vinyl flooring. You will work with various machinery including conveyors, bearings, chains, roll mixers, and waste stations, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting PLCs, working with 480V and 24DC systems, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
ResponsibilitiesConduct maintenance on machines used for vinyl flooring production.Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems.Change out hoses and troubleshoot electrical systems.Work on electrical components, including PLCs, motors, breakers, and wires.Use a voltmeter for troubleshooting conveyors and other systems.Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders like fixing air leaks.Operate on machinery including heaters, extruders, mixers, rollers, and boxing machines.Work on tall machinery, up to 60 feet high, when necessary.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.Ability to replace motors, breakers, and wires.Experience with VFDs and sensors.Competence in using a voltmeter.Experience with 480V and 24DC systems.High school diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $38480.00/yr.
1. pay is good for the area
2. $2000 sign on bonus paid out over 4 months ($500/month)
3. $250 attendance bonus paid out every month for no missed work (can miss up to 5x a month if have a dr note or use PTO up to 5x a month and it will not count against you. If everyone on team meets attendance bonus - extra $100/month for a total of $350/month
4. benefits including full medical, dental, vision, 401k etc.
5. 90 hours of PTO to start, year 3 increases to 120 hours
6. Give out turkeys/hams for thanksgiving
7. Holiday party for employees and signifcant others at christmas with a $300 year end bonus
