Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. This role primarily involves electrical troubleshooting and repairs to a variety of equipment including powder coating, painting, stamping, roll forming, CNC Trumpf lasers, and more. The position requires expertise in reading blueprints, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase. Experience with high line/voltage is essential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment.Conduct mechanical troubleshooting as needed.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Troubleshoot up to 480v 3-phase and handle high line/voltage issues.Identify and resolve electrical issues, contacting relevant parties for problem resolution.Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Troubleshoot PLCs, focusing on relay logic.Essential Skills10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.10+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with presses or stamping equipment.10+ years of electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.Experience with heavy industrial electrical systems.Ability to assess high line/voltage issues.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.Experience in troubleshooting PLCs.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $74880.00/yr.
