**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, and logic equipment, as well as repairing and adjusting precision instruments and gauges to the required tolerances. This role requires expertise in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters, wattmeters, and tube testers. You will work with AC/DC motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, electronics, starters, switches, lighting equipment, power distribution, and control circuits. You will receive wiring diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and instructions from a supervisor and perform tasks that require a solid understanding of electrical and electronic principles, wiring specifications, and codes. **Responsibilities** + Inspect, repair, install, and maintain all electrical, electronic, and logic equipment. + Repair and adjust precision instruments and gauges to required tolerances. + Utilize electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters, wattmeters, and tube testers. + Install and calibrate equipment. + Work with AC/DC motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, electronics, starters, switches, lighting equipment, power distribution, and control circuits. + Receive wiring diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and instructions from a supervisor. + Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust, or replace faulty parts and wiring on motors, generators, power distribution and control panels, and circuit breakers. + Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Siemens equipment. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting and electrical maintenance technician experience. + Preventive maintenance, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to use multimeters and perform maintenance on electrical systems. + Proficient in electrical schematic interpretation and electrical installation. + Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Experience with high voltage maintenance, repair, and maintenance mechanics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of CNC/PLC equipment. + Ability to troubleshoot CNC/Fanuc robots and PLCS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $67600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
