If you're a skilled technician with a strong back ground in electrical work and leadership capabilities, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Engineer, design, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment efficiently. + Draw schematics for electrical systems and ensure accurate wiring configurations. + Maintain proficient knowledge of electronic and PLC technology & programming. + Diagnose and resolve power failures, short circuits, and electrical malfunctions. + Ensure compliance with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and workplace safety regulations. + Lead and direct the work of 2-5 Electricians, providing mentorship and supervision. + Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and housekeeping in daily operations. **Essential Skills & Qualifications:** + 3+ years of experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting. + Strong knowledge of electronic and PLC technology & programming. + Ability to locate, analyze, and correct power failures and electrical issues. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PLC troubleshooting experience. + Familiarity with electrical theory, NEC codes, and OSHA standards. **Why Work With Us?** + We Feed the World!
