**Job Title: Facility Maintenance Coordinator**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance activities within our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to supervise a team effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and coordinate facility maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
+ Supervise custodial staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
+ Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
+ Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
+ Oversee low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and address any issues promptly.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $72800.00/yr.
