Job Description
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks and responsibilities including Repair Station work order management, supply orders, expense budgets, and SAP oversight. This role requires interfacing with customers, hangar personnel, and various company departments to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar and final invoicing to customers. Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to new processes, and computer and personal relation skills are essential for success in this position.
ResponsibilitiesManage CMRO work orders timely and efficiently in SAP.Collaborate closely with hangar personnel and Quality Control Manager to develop work order setup structure that meets maintenance and quality demands.Review work orders for accuracy in parts, services, and labor for all customer work orders.Generate monthly KPIs.Manage P145 OPEX Budget, including RAI/MARA management and RDA creation and accrual management.Oversee customer invoices and conduct DP90 reviews with Customer/CSM/CMRO administrator and P145 Maintenance Manager.Manage billing DP90 function in SAP for invoicing customers.Assist finance with monthly closing reports.Develop and continuously implement SAP Task Lists (Work Paks) in conjunction with QC Manager.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of aircraft and FAA quality control.Proficient computer skills.Superior interpersonal relationship skills.Experience with SAP and inventory management.Ability to move materials and operate a forklift.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in shipping and receiving, inventory, cycle counting, picking, packing, and warehouse inventory management.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in the back of a hangar within a warehouse that is not climate-controlled. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility required as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
