Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesAssist with repairs, modifications, and upgrades to equipment across all departments.Coordinate the completion of the autonomous maintenance program.Facilitate the implementation of new equipment and processes.Utilize mechanical knowledge to recommend improvements that enhance plant efficiencies.Track and analyze uptime versus downtime.Apply process and equipment knowledge to continuously improve the uptime percentage.Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory.Prioritize work orders and assign tasks to maintenance technicians.Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenditures.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Order and manage spare parts and maintenance supplies.Communicate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.Assist in developing maintenance procedures and protocols.Generate reports on maintenance performance and downtime analysis.Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations.

Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance Planning / Scheduling / Manufacturing

Preventive Maintenance Planning– Ability to schedule and manage routine maintenance tasks.CMMS Proficiency– Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP, MP2, Fiix).Equipment Knowledge– Understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems.Inventory Management– Tracking and ordering parts and supplies efficiently.Safety Compliance– Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
