CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the team located in Cork. The successful candidate will undertake & manage maintenance tasks (emergency, reactive, planned and corrective).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver a seamless service to client occupants, which is efficient, responsive to change, and best value Implement safe working practices to ensure the safety of building occupants and Visitors
+ Managing building maintenance vendors and permit issuance
+ Carry out minor repairs and moves
+ Assist with workplace inspections and carry out Safety Observation Reviews
+ Support the EHS process by ensuring that all practices and processes relating to building services are compliant with CBRE BOS
+ Reviewing Contractor RAMS and documentation
+ Engage fully with the CBRE & Client CMMS work order/service
+ Support CBRE site functions- Event Management and ad hoc works
+ Carry out any duties as required by the CBRE Site Lead
**Skills / Experience Required**
+ Previous pharmaceutical/GMP experience desirable
+ Trade qualification is essential
+ Recognised/fully completed apprenticeship
+ IT literate - MS office suit
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Must be able to work within a team and be self-motivated
+ Demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
+ Good communication skills, both oral and written
