Maintenance Coordinator, on-site

**About the Role:**
This position is a Maintenance Coordinator role that willprimarily focus on providing on‑site logistical and facilities support,including event setup and takedown. The role also contributes to overallworkplace operations by preparing event spaces, ensuring workstations are readyfor new hires, and performing light maintenance tasks such as assemblingfurniture and building small staging components.
As a CBRE Maintenance Coordinator, the individual willsupport small facilities, industrial systems, and equipment.
**What You’ll Do:**
Event setups and takedowns, including assembling stages,furniture, and related equipment.
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed; buildinginfrastructure maintenance is not included.
Respond to work order requests and accurately open, update,and close work orders.
Set up desks and workstations for new hires and participatein on-site moves and workspace adjustments.
Coordinate maintenance activities to properly maintainfacilities and grounds.
Evaluate maintenance requests, establish priorities, andprocess work assignments.
Ensure all permits, licenses, and required documentationremain current and compliant.
Support daily departmental operations by planning,organizing, and coordinating tasks.
Maintain and communicate expected quality and safetystandards for maintenance activities.
Follow established procedures to resolve routine issueswith limited discretion.
Complete defined tasks and responsibilities in accordancewith detailed instructions and under close supervision.
**What You’ll Need:**
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑relatedexperience; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieuof a diploma.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role,including extensive standing and walking, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders,and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Strong communication skills with the ability to exchangeclear, straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word,Excel, Outlook).
Ability to follow basic work routines, procedures, andestablished standards.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, proactivemindset

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
DC 3rd class Steam Engineers license is required.
The ideal candidate will possess an N.I.U.L.P.E. (National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers) Class 2 license or Class 3 license and be willing to sit for the Class 2
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator position is $25.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator is $27.00 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
