Job Description
As a Maintenance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in organizing, planning, and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using Limble CMMS. You will be responsible for creating and assigning work orders to team members under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. Your role will also include managing the end-to-end process of maintenance supply and spare parts flow to ensure operational readiness, maintaining accurate records of assets, job plans, and maintenance logs, and ensuring well-organized storerooms. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating purchase orders and coordinating with vendors to procure necessary parts and services, validating vendor invoices, and processing maintenance-related invoices and purchase orders.
Responsibilities
+ Organize, plan, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using **Limble CMMS** .
+ Create and assign work orders to team members under the direction of Facilities Manager.
+ Manage the end-to-end process of maintenance supply and spare parts flow to ensure operational readiness.
+ Maintain and update accurate records of assets, job plans, and maintenance logs.
+ Ensure well-organized and accurately stocked storerooms, ensuring the availability of critical and spare parts.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Limble system.
+ Create purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts and services.
+ Validate and resolve issues with vendor invoices and process them through financial systems.
+ Process maintenance-related invoices and purchase orders.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Comply with all policies and standards.
Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-3 years of experience in facilities, operations, or logistics support roles.
+ Experience with maintenance storerooms, parts tracking, and vendor coordination preferred.
+ Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as Limble, is preferred.
+ Basic mechanical knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
+ Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a distribution center/warehouse, where you will be required to stand and be alert constantly. You will regularly lift or move up to 60 lbs, and engage in bending, twisting, and pulling activities. You will operate powered equipment and may be required to wear a headset and personal protective equipment such as a protective harness while operating equipment. The noise level is moderate, and you will work near conveyor systems with moving parts in a hectic and fast-paced environment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
