**Job Title: Maintenance Administrative Assistant**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Administrative Assistant to manage parts inventory, file regulatory forms, and provide general document administration. This role involves sourcing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and utilizing CMMS software for efficient operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage parts inventory and conduct regular inventory cycles.
+ File regulatory forms and other necessary documentation in our system.
+ Provide general administrative support and document management.
+ Search, source, and issue purchase orders with oversight.
+ Administer CMMS software, specifically FIIX.
+ Coordinate with internal and external vendors to schedule maintenance work.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in data entry and parts inventory management.
+ Proficiency in administrative support and document filing.
+ Ability to effectively use Outlook for communication and scheduling.
+ Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience supporting operations or maintenance in an industrial or mechanical environment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
