As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support Maintenance Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment on the floor. You will receive training through conducting preventive maintenance (PMs) and shadowing experienced team members.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Maintenance Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as part of the training process.Shadow team members to learn and develop maintenance skills.
Essential SkillsMechanical troubleshooting expertise.Understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and schematics.Experience with gearboxes and mechanical repair.
Additional Skills & QualificationsCompletion of relevant industrial maintenance schooling.Experience in preventive maintenance.Proficiency in using hand tools.

Work Environment
Work in an automotive manufacturing environment where tools are provided. Participate in an annual fit test and maintain a clean-shaven appearance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
