Maintenance and Reliability Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager who will oversee all maintenance and reliability operations across the plant to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production. This role leads maintenance teams, manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and partners closely with Engineering on capital projects and equipment improvements. The manager enforces OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, supports incident investigations, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing downtime, improving cost and efficiency performance, and developing maintenance team capabilities through strong communication, effective problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet production, quality, and KPI targets. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 5+ years of relevant maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing environment • Proven supervisory and people‑leadership experience • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TTB, and EH&S regulatory requirements • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive process efficiencies • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles • Working knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and downtime tracking • Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installation/startup • Familiarity with beverage processing and related production equipment • 10+ years of relevant experience • Master’s degree in engineering or a related field • Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
