What You Will Do: + Promote Safety + Adhere to all MSHA and Company rules/regulations Groundsman + Perform a variety of tasks assisting with the operation of the plant, using hand tools, cleaning, washing, sweeping and shoveling materials. + Operate heavy construction equipment to assist with plant operations (i.e. Haul Truck, Excavator, Dozer, etc.) + Assist with servicing, repairing and adjusting equipment used in the production process + Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe, reliable and compliant operations + Assist with servicing, repairing and adjusting equipment used in the production process Fixed Maintenance + Construct, assemble, troubleshoot, repair, maintain all plant equipment in a safe and timely manner. + Perform all maintenance operations (welding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, air systems, etc.) in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations. + Maintain equipment such as: feed systems, conveying systems, scrubber systems, shaker systems, classifying systems, weight systems, electrical systems, crusher systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and other miscellaneous equipment. + Inspect equipment in accordance with company prescribed inspection schedule and complete equipment inspection and reports. + Read / understand operating manuals for plant machinery. + Utilize diagnostic equipment (meters), and hand tools. + Be proficient with fabrication tools (welding, oxy/acetyl torch) required. + Other duties as required.
