Maintenance Administrative Assistant
**Job Title:** **Maintenance Office Coordinator** **Location** Oklahoma City, OK **Job Type:** Full-Time, Direct Hire **Schedule:** 1st Shift 8 AM – 5 PM **About the Role** We’re looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support our maintenance team with essential administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in keeping our department organized, efficient, and well-informed. **Key Responsibilities** + Generate daily and weekly reports for supervisors and managers + Maintain KPI files and prepare weekly presentations + Update maintenance shop whiteboard regularly + Track labor and mobile utilization metrics + Manage vacation calendar and personnel files + Assist with onboarding and training coordination + Organize filing systems and maintain databases + Schedule meetings and training sessions + Communicate effectively across departments + Provide general support to managers and supervisors **Required Skills & Experience** + Strong organizational and reporting skills + Proficiency in inventory, purchasing, and stockroom management + Comfortable using computer systems and data entry tools + Experience in a manufacturing environment + Familiarity with scheduling, payroll, and filing systems + Mechanical aptitude is a plus **Why Join Us?** + Direct hire with day-one benefits + Supportive team environment + Opportunities for growth and development + Climate-controlled office with occasional visits to production floor **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $36000.00 - $39000.00/yr. full beneifts package 401k OT **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in OKLAHOMA CITY,OK. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Aug 31, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
