Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Administrative Assistant to support our team by providing crucial administrative tasks. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
ResponsibilitiesProvide daily and as-needed reports for supervisors and managers.Update the whiteboard in the maintenance shop on a daily or weekly basis.Maintain KPI files and prepare weekly presentations for KPI meetings.Track labor and mobile utilization reports.Manage the vacation calendar and personnel files.Assist with personnel onboarding and training.Develop and maintain a filing system and databases.Support managers and supervisors as required.Schedule meetings and training sessions when necessary.Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in stockroom management, inventory, and purchasing.Computer system literacy.Strong organizational skills.Effective reporting and communication skills.Previous experience working in manufacturing companies.Additional Skills & QualificationsRetail ordering experience.Experience with scheduling.Filing and payroll experience.Data entry skills.Retail experience.Mechanical aptitude.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work will primarily be conducted in a climate-controlled office area, though occasional trips to the cold production floor may be required. The schedule is mostly 1st shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the need for flexibility to work overtime and on Saturdays as needed.

The pay range for this position is $36000.00 - $39000.00/yr.
