**Job Title: Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** This position involves working in a highly automated plant equipped with complex electrical controls designed to integrate automated systems. The candidate will engage with up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, VFD motor controls, and occasionally undertake fabrication and plumbing projects. This role is a working lead position, where the candidate will be responsible for training maintenance technicians, implementing and editing the preventive maintenance schedule, organizing the parts room, and providing overall structure to the team. **Responsibilities** + Train maintenance technicians. + Implement and edit preventive maintenance schedules. + Organize and manage the parts room and inventory system. + Provide structure and leadership to the maintenance team. + Work on electrical circuits up to 600V, including low voltage machinery controls. + Handle tasks related to photocells and VFD motor controls. + Participate in fabrication and plumbing projects as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial maintenance, including pumps, presses, and conveyors. + Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to repair and maintain electrical systems, including schematic reading. + Experience in PLC troubleshooting and minor program editing. + Knowledge of conveyor and mechanical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical systems (3 phase, 480 volt+). + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Capability to manage and lead a team effectively. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
