Job Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for setting up the raw materials needed to produce each job and overseeing the work of machine operators. This role involves inspecting the work of machines and operators to ensure compliance with quality measures. The position is located in the towelette department, focusing on packaging machinery. A significant portion of the job involves troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase motors, conveyor systems, gearboxes, and performing low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v/24v) as well as working with photo eyes and sensors.
ResponsibilitiesSet up raw materials required for production.Oversee machine operators and ensure adherence to quality standards.Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors and conveyor systems.Repair gearboxes and perform low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v/24v).Work with photo eyes and sensors to ensure machinery operates correctly.Essential Skills2 or more years of industrial maintenance experience on industrial machines, preferably packaging machinery.Comfortable with low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v and 24v) and working with photo eyes and sensors.Proficiency in electrical controls (PLCs) troubleshooting is a plus.Well-rounded experience with mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, gears, etc.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the packaging industry would be a significant advantage.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
