**Building Maintenance Specialist** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of properties remain in excellent condition. Work will include a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general property upkeep.
