**About the Role**
The MRO Clerk will be responsible for supporting maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities at a pharmaceutical client site in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role ensures the efficient management of inventory, timely ordering of supplies, and accurate tracking of parts to maintain uninterrupted operations.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Manage and maintain MRO inventory levels to support facility needs.
+ Track and document parts usage, ensuring accuracy in records and system updates.
+ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
+ Support compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and site-specific requirements.
+ Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and supply chain processes.
+ Manage daily activities in the stock room, including retrieving and issuing parts to maintenance staff.
+ Handle mail room responsibilities, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
+ Act as a counter person for internal staff, assisting with part requests and order processing.
+ Serve as the primary interface with suppliers for ordering and replenishing parts.
**What You’ll Need**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
