Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Perform routine building maintenance, including basic repairs, inspections, and preventative tasks.Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds through landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal upkeep.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support overall property operations as needed.Maintenace and Grounds Keeper Qualifications:
1–2 years of groundskeeping or building maintenance experience required.Ability to perform basic repairs, operate landscaping equipment, and follow safety procedures.Strong reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team.Must submit a resume demonstrating relevant experience and skills.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
