ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 
 
 This is a multi-craft position and as such candidate must have general industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical components. 
 
 * 2-3 years’ experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment. 
 * Working knowledge of power transmissions systems including gear drives, 3-phase motors, servo motors, hydraulic motors, and pneumatic motors.
 * Working knowledge of transfer systems, including conveyors, lifts, turntables, and chain drives.
 * Working knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, including, reading schematics, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
 * Working knowledge of fluid transfer systems including air and electric pumps, mechanical, pneumatic, and electric shutoffs, flow control sensors, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. 
 * Familiar with Planed Maintenance tasks including proper PPE, LOTO, Safety Pre-Checks, maintaining an assigned work schedule including inspections, lubricating, and repairs of equipment.
 * Basic fabrication skills include understanding assembly instructions, using tape a measure, calipers, dial indicators. operating power hand tools including drills, grinders, sanders, drill presses, etc. 
 * Welding skills and understanding Boiler principles and operations will be a plus.
 * Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or other members of the leadership team.
 * Basic computer and email skills.
 * A NOCTI test will be given to all pre-qualified candidates to determine technical skill level and expertise.

 Must be computer literate with a willingness to be an effective contributor to the plant’s goal of producing optimum quality and outstanding service levels to our customers through effective teamwork. EDUCATION / 
 
 EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or technical school preferred 5 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level Ability to work independently
