And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive of how you work with others. **Required Skills & Experience** + 7+ years of experience in mainframe storage management or support, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role. + Deepexpertisein mainframe storage technologies: DASD, tape, DFSMS, DFHSM, DELLPowerMaxStorage, IBM VTS + Proventrack recordin leading storage optimization and modernization projects. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. + Experience mentoring and developing junior staff. + English: Advanced (requiredfor documentation, communication with global teams, and vendor interaction). **Preferred Skills and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. + Certifications in storage management or mainframe technologies. + Experience influencing stakeholders outside your immediate function. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
