Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and scale backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS.

Architect, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E, performance).

Design and manage RESTful APIs, SQL databases, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and enforce security best practices.

Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing.

Collaborate with teams on cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Lead architectural decisions, perform code and test reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture

ReactJS and modern frontend development

SQL databases and REST API design

Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Testing automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.)

Application security best practices

Nice to Have

Cloud-native architecture experience

API Gateways and service mesh concepts

Event-driven architecture patterns

Caching technologies (Redis, etc.)

UI and E2E testing tools such as Selenium
