Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide essential mail equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues promptly for resolution. 

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating mail handling service calls, and managing other tasks that apply. 

• Maintain meticulous records, manage mail and package service supply inventory, and calculate charges for mail services rendered. 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of mail and packages.

• Uphold safety standards and adhere to protocols while handling equipment and materials, ensuring a secure work environment. 

Qualifications Must Have: 

• High school diploma or GED, coupled with minimum one year of relevant work experience. 

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. 

Qualifications Nice to Have: 

• Previous experience in mail handling tasks or related fields. 

• Basic knowledge of electronics and mail machine troubleshooting for issue resolve. 

• Basic knowledge with experience utilizing a Point of Sale system for retail transactions.
