The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $21.25 - $25.00
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support an office of approximately 1,500 employees by completing all major printing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.Operate and troubleshoot commercial‑grade copiers, including high‑volume printers; must be computer‑savvy to manage multiple print settings and workflows.Produce professional‑quality printed materials, including books, firm and soft copy documents, bound materials, training manuals, and specialty print projects.Assist with meeting and visitor support, including setting up and breaking down rooms, equipment, and materials as needed.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately throughout the facilityLoad and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure swift processingPrepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriersMaintain organized filing systems for correspondence, documents, and shipping recordsAssist with warehouse distribution tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishmentSupport shipping and receiving operations by verifying shipment contents and documentationPerform heavy lifting as needed to move packages or supplies safely and efficientlyRequirements:
