This position embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/colleague/end user in a corporate environment for a global professional services firm. Engage at the appropriate level to support contracted service lines to include mail, print (MFD troubleshooting and maintenance), hospitality. Pick up and deliver copy jobs, faxes, and packages. Assume accountability for all support functions for assigned floor(s)Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivery and pick up USPS and accountable mail (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, messenger and other incoming packages throughout floors to and from mailroom-Deliver print work as neededCreate FedEx shipment labels for Domestic and international destinationsProcess all outgoing USPS and accountable mailKeep inventory of all supplies in mail areas-includes USPS and accountable mailOpen, scan and email all incoming mail to recipientsAssist and notify end users of mail and shipping protocolsAudit and update mail lists as neededRetrieve and email monthly client accounting statementsComplete research of unidentified mail receivedLog all incoming accountable mail in tracking softwareProcess client checks received using established guidelinesComplete large volume mailing projects as requiredSupport confidential document shredding in accordance with stated policyAssist other OSA’s as needed to meet demandWork overtime as needed to assist with special projectsAll duties as assignedMust assist in supporting all service lines in addition to primary roleJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:Able to lift 50-75 lbs. Knowledge of mail tracking software a plus High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledgeBasic computer skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook)
