We are seeking a dedicated Mail Services Associate to efficiently handle mailroom operations for a building or campus. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and professional interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.Research, sort, and deliver mail accurately and promptly.Receive and deliver incoming packages efficiently.Operate postage machines and manage mail sorting tasks.Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Essential SkillsStrong verbal and written communication abilities.Excellent customer service orientation.Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Active listening and problem-solving skills.Courteous and responsive demeanor in handling inquiries.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively across departments.Willingness to support team goals and contribute to group success.Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.Flexibility in adapting to different team dynamics and workflows.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in email management using Outlook.At least 2-3 years of experience in a related industry.High School diploma.Work EnvironmentThe position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in a business casual environment. You will be part of a collaborative team, and the role involves using standard office equipment and machinery. Dress code is business casual, and the work may involve interacting with various departments and handling different team dynamics.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
