Mail Room Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
· Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
· Load and unload delivery trucks
· Create and distribute badges, key cards, and discount cards
· Process incoming checks and ensure accurate handling
· Label packages and shipments accurately
· Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
· Maintain organization and cleanliness in the mailroom
· Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
· Other mailroom duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Prior mailroom or shipping/receiving experience preferred
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Familiarity with basic computer systems and office equipment
