Responsibilities:\n
Data entry:\n\nCollect and enter daily volumes on Excel spreadsheets\nReview daily logs for any missed or incorrect data\nEnsure all necessary information is accounted for\nUse tracking system for outbound copy services packages (Brynka)\nComplete daily audit logs (Start \/ End of Shifts)\nUpload daily reporting to the shared files\n\n
Copy Services:\n\nReceive | Review | Execute client internal copy requests\nUsing provided verbiage, email communications with internal customers\nOperate print production Xerox copier | Plotter | GBC Cutter | Binding Machine | Postage Machine\nCreative, the ability to make formating suggestion and know how to assist\nUpload daily reporting to the shared files\n\n
Outbound Mail:\n\nApply postage to outbound USPS mail\nCreate FedEx labels when needed\nPrint, and upload package outbound report\nPartner with FedEx for afternoon pickups\n\n
Office Supplies, Equipment Maintenance, & Additional Services:\n\nCommunicate monthly supply needs within the expected time\nEnsure all copy equipment is operational and place service calls when needed\nAny other office support that is requested\n\n
Qualifications: \n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred\n1-2 years of customer service and shipping\/receiving related experience preferred Basic mathematical skills1-3 years' experience with Microsoft software\nHandle multiple projects on time\nAbility to work individually and in a team environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Keyboarding and Windows environment and PC skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.\nAttention to detail\nStrong Skills- Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Research, communication (written and verbal)\n\n
