Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

Join our team to set up and operate Haas CNC Mills with Haas controls. You will handle 3 to 10 setups per week, depending on the parts and the time of year, with jobs varying based on customer demands. Responsibilities include performing tool changes, offsets, program edits, and machining parts from materials like stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, steel, and titanium, primarily for the medical device market.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Haas CNC Mills with Haas controls.Perform 3 to 10 setups per week, varying by parts and customer requirements.Conduct tool changes, offsets, and program edits.Machine parts from stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, steel, and titanium.Produce parts primarily for the medical device market.Perform self-inspections using basic hand tools.Essential Skills2+ years of recent setup experience on mill machining centers.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in CNC Machining or similar.Experience with 5-axis CNC Milling.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
