This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, machining expertise, and the ability to independently complete complex jobs from setup through final inspection. The ideal candidate brings a strong quality mindset, problem-solving skills, and experience working in a manufacturing or job shop environment. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines including mills, lathes, and drill pressesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirementsSelect tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters including speeds, feeds, and depth of cutInspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standardsSupport continuous improvement, 5S initiatives, and safety and quality policies Qualifications and Requirements: Associate degree in Machine/Tool & Die Technology or completion of an apprenticeship program3–5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing or job shop environmentAbility to set up and run CNC and conventional equipmentExperience working in a quality-driven manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Benefits and Perks: $24-$30 per hourMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth  Your New Organization:This organization is a well-established manufacturer known for precision machining, quality workmanship, and investment in employee development.
