**Job Title:** **Machinist** **Pay:** **Up to $20 (Depending on Experience)** **Shift:** **1st** **Job Summary:** **Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Wire EDM, Lathe, and Milling machines to produce precision components.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and modify CNC programs using software such as Mastercam or Esprit. + Set up CNC EDM, Lathe, and Mill machines with appropriate tooling and fixtures. + Interpret CAD drawings and GD&T specifications. + Operate machines to perform complex machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, threading, and contouring. + Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. + Conduct quality assurance checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.). + Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are running at optimal performance. + Troubleshoot programming and mechanical issues. + Maintain proper file management for all CNC programs. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship preferred. + Experience in CNC machining (EDM, Lathe, Mill). + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Good physical condition and ability to work in a manufacturing environment. **ManpowerGroup recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment.
