Job Title: Mill Operator

Job Description

Join a leading Medical Device Component Sub-Contract Manufacturer that is at the forefront of advanced machining technologies. We specialize in supporting Design For Manufacturability and Development services for the Medical Device industry.

Responsibilities

Operate Mill machines, including Kitamura, for complex parts with tight tolerances.Perform machine edits and tool changes for small and medium production and prototype runs.Oversee the selection and installation of tools, fixtures, and cutting strategies to optimize the machining process.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor.

Essential Skills

2+ years of CNC operation experience or degreel .Proficiency in performing edits and tool changes.Blueprint reading skills.Experience with CNC machining, including vertical and horizontal mills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with shop math.Proficiency in using measuring tools.Familiarity with numerical control.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
