**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team for the swing shift position. You will be working on 5-axis CNC Mills, machining highly-complex aero-structures and space components. Responsibilities + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T. + Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges. + Apply basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills. + Set up machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures. + Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC Mills. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience as a Machinist. + Proficiency with CNC Mills, especially 5-axis CNC Mills - Makino MAG 3 Machines. + Experience in aerospace manufacturing. + Knowledge of aluminum and defense work. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Makino MAG3. + Familiarity with complex hard metal and aluminum high-speed machining. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a world-class aerospace machine shop specializing in the precision machining and assembly of parts for the aerospace and defense industries. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machining, fabrication, and assembly capabilities, allowing us to deliver exceptional quality and compete at the highest levels in the industry. The work schedule includes a night shift from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and a graveyard shift from 9:30 pm to 4:30 am, Sunday to Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
