Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist responsible for setting up and operating up to three CNC Mills simultaneously. You will work with advanced machinery including the Seiki machines and Smart CNC Machines that utilize Funuc and Mitsubishi controls. This role involves performing quality checks on parts using precision tools, maintaining tight tolerances, and working with various materials such as titanium, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Mills, including Seiki and Smart CNC Machines.Perform quality checks using calipers and micrometers.Ensure machines hold tolerances of +/- .5.Work with materials like titanium, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.Deburr parts as needed.Perform offsets and tool changes.Adjust G&M codes as necessary.Enter production numbers into computer systems.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience in setting up and operating CNC Mills.Ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently.2+ years experience in quality checks using micrometers and calipers.Proficiency in data entry and computer navigation.2+ years experience in interpreting blueprints to set machines.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year experience with GD&T is a plus.1 year CAD programming experience is beneficial.1 year experience with twin spindle operations is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
